How long does shipping take for my Zuckerschmuck® order?
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Usually, the order is sent by letter, large letter, or parcel on the same or next day after receipt of payment. Please note: letters cannot be accepted by parcel lockers, so always provide a regular home address with a mailbox as the delivery address. For payments made via PayPal and credit card, the credit usually appears in our account immediately, meaning we ship the next day. For payments made via bank transfer, it can take several days for the credit to appear in our account, depending on the bank. If you would like to shorten the delivery time, you can send us a screenshot/proof of transfer to info@zuckerschmuck.com. Your order will then be made ready for shipment immediately. If you have received a shipping confirmation and have not received your goods within one week for shipments within Germany, please contact support@zuckerschmuck.com so we can investigate the matter. How long do the stickers last?
The stickers for CGM sensors last for the entire wear duration of the sensor, several weeks to months. They look just as good on the last day as they did on the first. Stickers for readers last several months to years. They can be removed from the device without a trace. Stickers for patch pumps like Omnipod, Omnipod DASH, and Omnipod %, as well as Accu-Chek Solo, can be reused up to 3 times.
