Tips for overpatches/tapes to apply over
It's even easier to apply and change the cover-up tapes with our TapeCover protective cap: this permanently reusable plastic part is glued between the tape and the sensor, allowing you to easily remove the tape during its wear time and apply a new one.
Tips for hole-punched border tapes
For tapes with a hole, we developed our TapeGuard adhesive aid: TapeGuard is a small, flexible plastic frame that fits precisely around your sensor, and onto which the tape is affixed. Tape and TapeGuard can then be easily applied, even to difficult body areas, without external help. Can I change the tapes while the sensor/pod is running?
You can easily remove or replace the tape at any time during the sensor/pod's wear period: Press the sensor/pod firmly onto the skin from above and carefully peel the tape away from the skin around it. While continuing to press the sensor/pod firmly onto the skin with one finger, peel a portion of the tape away from the sensor/pod until a sufficiently large unadhered area on the sensor/pod becomes visible. Press your finger onto this unadhered area of the sensor/pod and remove the remaining tape.
