The black floral shape makes this large SCHMUCK tape a striking accent on the skin. As a decorative patch, this Overpatch lies over the sensor, for example. It is suitable for Dexcom G7, Dexcom Flex, Freestyle Libre 3 and Freestyle Libre 3 Plus, among others. Waterproof Dexcom G7 patch: Can I shower and swim with it?
Yes, the tape is waterproof. You can wear it while showering, swimming and exercising; the strong adhesive ensures that the tape stays securely in place.
How can I remove adhesive residue from my skin?
The easiest way to remove adhesive residue is with an adhesive remover intended for use on the skin. Follow its instructions for use, especially the information about application and contact time. You can find a selection in our adhesive removers. If you have a patch allergy or other skin reactions caused by patch or sensor adhesive, our guide to skin irritation explains possible causes and what you should know about skin protection and skin care. If skin reactions persist, talk to your diabetes team.
What is the difference between an Overpatch, Ring Tape and Underpatch?
An Overpatch has no cutout and lies over the sensor. A Ring Tape has a cutout and surrounds the sensor. An Underpatch lies between the skin and the sensor. This tape is an Overpatch without a cutout.
What is the TapeCover for?
The TapeCover is a thin, flexible cap that goes over the sensor and under the tape. It makes it easier to change the tape during the sensor wear time: When you peel it off, the TapeCover comes off with it, and you reuse it.

Tips for overpatches/tapes for covering
Sticking on and changing the tapes is even easier with our TapeCover protective cap: this permanently reusable plastic part is stuck between the tape and the sensor and ensures that you can easily remove the tape during operation and stick on a new tape.
Tips for border tapes with holes
We have developed our adhesive aid TapeGuard for tapes with a hole: TapeGuard is a small, flexible plastic frame that fits exactly around your sensor and onto which the tape is stuck. Tape and TapeGuard can then be easily stuck on even in difficult areas of the body without any outside help. Can I change the tapes while the sensor/pod is running?
You can easily remove or replace the tape at any time while the sensor/pod is in use: Press the sensor/pod firmly onto the skin from above and carefully peel the tape around the outside from the skin. While you continue to press the sensor/pod firmly onto the skin with one finger, first pull part of the tape away from the sensor/pod until a sufficiently large area of the sensor/pod without any tape is visible. Press this area of the sensor/pod without any tape with your finger and peel off the rest of the tape.
