The round SCHMUCK Tape black is an overpatch for CGM sensors, here in classic black instead of colorful. It measures 6 cm in diameter and comes in a value pack with 10 pieces plus 1 free piece, suitable, for example, for Freestyle Libre up to 3, Dexcom G7, Medtronic Enlite and Guardian, Accu-Chek SmartGuide, or Simplera. Also suitable for Freestyle Libre 3 Plus. The tape also decorates the skin, conceals distracting tattoos, and protects sensitive gadgets such as piercings from being accidentally torn out.

Tips for overpatches to apply over existing patches?
So that you can easily change the tapes during the wear time of your CGM sensor without tearing off the sensor, there are permanently reusable plastic caps that are placed between the sensor and tape: the TapeCover for Freestyle Libre 2, Freestyle Libre 3, and Dexcom G7.
Can I change the tape while the sensor is being worn?
Yes. Press the sensor firmly onto the skin from above and carefully loosen the tape around the edges while continuing to hold the sensor in place with your finger until it is completely exposed.
Is this tape a Dexcom G7 patch or a medical fixation tape?
No. This SCHMUCK Tape is a decorative tape with no medical intended purpose. It is applied over the sensor and gives it a design. It is waterproof. For more information, see the note at the end of this description.

Sticking on and changing the tapes is even easier with our TapeCover protective cap: this permanently reusable plastic part is stuck between the tape and the sensor and ensures that you can easily remove the tape during operation and stick on a new tape.

Can I change the tapes while the sensor/pod is running?
You can easily remove or replace the tape at any time while the sensor/pod is in use: Press the sensor/pod firmly onto the skin from above and carefully peel the tape around the outside from the skin. While you continue to press the sensor/pod firmly onto the skin with one finger, first pull part of the tape away from the sensor/pod until a sufficiently large area of the sensor/pod without any tape is visible. Press this area of the sensor/pod without any tape with your finger and peel off the rest of the tape.
