Please note: Letters cannot be accepted at parcel lockers, so always provide a standard residential address with a mailbox as your delivery address. For payments via PayPal and credit card, the credit to our account is usually immediate, meaning we ship the next day. For payments via bank transfer, it can take a few days, depending on the bank, for the credit to appear in our account. If you would like to expedite the delivery time, you can send us a screenshot/proof of transfer to info@zuckerschmuck.com. Your order will then be prepared for immediate shipment. If you have received a shipping confirmation and haven't received your goods within one week for shipments to Germany, please contact us at support@zuckerschmuck.com so we can investigate. Our stickers are waterproof, scratch-resistant and UV-resistant.
How long do the stickers last?
Stickers for CGM sensors last for the entire duration of sensor use, spanning several weeks to months. They look just as good on the last day as they did on the first. Stickers for readers last for several months to years and can be removed from the device without leaving a trace. Stickers for patch pumps such as Omnipod, Omnipod DASH, Omnipod %, and Accu-Chek Solo can be reused up to three times.
