Returns of Panties and Underwear
You can legally revoke your order within 14 days of receipt; additionally, we offer you a 30-day voluntary right of return. For hygiene and health protection reasons, we can only accept returns of panties, thongs, and other underwear if the hygiene strip is undamaged and unopened; if it is removed or opened, the right of withdrawal expires pursuant to § 312g Para. 2 No. 3 BGB. It is also required that the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Report the revocation or return via our returns portal; after receipt and inspection of the goods, we usually refund the purchase price within 3 to 7 business days. Worn or washed items are excluded from return; for multi-packs, all pieces must be unworn and all hygiene strips intact. How long does it take to ship my Zuckerschmuck® order?
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Your order will normally be sent to the post office by letter, large letter or parcel the same day or the next day after payment has been received.
Attention: Letters may not be accepted by packing stations, so always specify a normal home address with a mailbox as the delivery address.
When paying via PayPal or credit card, the credit to our account is usually made immediately, which means we ship the next day.
