Suitable for carrying the following combinations of vials, cartridges, or inhalers (MDIs): Bronchiectasis, bronchitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and asthma medications – up to 2 standard metered-dose inhalers (MDIs) Diabetes medication – up to 5 x 3 ml cartridges; or – up to 5 x 1.5 ml cartridges; or – up to 3 x 10 ml vials (bottles) NO pen fits inside! Note: We recommend using a waterproof inner pocket if the cooler bag is used with metal pens, an electronic timer, or any accessory with electronic components to protect it from moisture. We also recommend using a waterproof inner pocket if EpiPens or allergy pens are stored in the cooler bag. The inner pocket is hollow inside, meaning there is no division; the opening to this pocket is at the top. The inner pocket has a height of 3-4 cm when activated and will feel moist. If the bag is used continuously, only immerse it in water for 3-5 minutes, especially when the crystals become noticeable. Frio needs to be able to breathe and operates using an evaporative system. If the outside temperature is a constant 37°C, the FRIO maintains a temperature between 18 and 26°C for up to 45 hours. If the outside temperature is a constant 30°C, the FRIO will keep insulin safe for up to 28 days. Frio guarantees the effectiveness of the crystals for one year, but many customers use Frio longer. For optimal performance, we recommend replacing your FRIO INSULIN TRAVEL CASE every two years.

How long does it take to ship my Zuckerschmuck® order?

We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Your order will normally be sent to the post office by letter, large letter or parcel the same day or the next day after payment has been received.
Attention: Letters may not be accepted by packing stations, so always specify a normal home address with a mailbox as the delivery address.
When paying via PayPal or credit card, the credit to our account is usually made immediately, which means we ship the next day.
If you pay in advance, it can take a few days, depending on the bank, for the money to be credited to our account. If you would like to shorten the delivery time, you can send us a screenshot/transfer receipt to info@zuckerschmuck.com . The order will then be prepared for dispatch immediately.
If you have received a shipping confirmation and have not received your goods within a week when shipping to Germany, please contact support@zuckerschmuck.com so that we can investigate the matter.
