Everyday use
Remove the backing paper from the tape and place the Freestyle Libre Tape Cover centrally on the adhesive surface so that it sticks firmly there. Then place the cover over your Libre sensor on your arm and smooth the tape onto your skin. This allows you to apply the tape precisely, even to difficult areas of the body, without assistance—for example, when exercising, swimming, or playing.

Which tapes are right for me?

Can I change the tape while the sensor is being worn?
Yes. Press the sensor firmly onto your skin from above and carefully peel off the tape around the outside. Then pull part of the tape away from the sensor until an uncovered area becomes visible, hold the sensor firmly there, and remove the remaining tape.
Is the tape a Freestyle Libre 3 Plus adhesive patch?
No, it is not an adhesive patch in the medical sense. The tape is applied over the sensor and gives it a design. It is waterproof.

Tips for overpatches/tapes for covering
Sticking on and changing the tapes is even easier with our TapeCover protective cap: this permanently reusable plastic part is stuck between the tape and the sensor and ensures that you can easily remove the tape during operation and stick on a new tape.
Tips for border tapes with holes
We have developed our adhesive aid TapeGuard for tapes with a hole: TapeGuard is a small, flexible plastic frame that fits exactly around your sensor and onto which the tape is stuck. Tape and TapeGuard can then be easily stuck on even in difficult areas of the body without any outside help. Can I change the tapes while the sensor/pod is running?
You can easily remove or replace the tape at any time while the sensor/pod is in use: Press the sensor/pod firmly onto the skin from above and carefully peel the tape around the outside from the skin. While you continue to press the sensor/pod firmly onto the skin with one finger, first pull part of the tape away from the sensor/pod until a sufficiently large area of the sensor/pod without any tape is visible. Press this area of the sensor/pod without any tape with your finger and peel off the rest of the tape.

Bin mit dem Cover sehr zufrieden. Die Tapes halten auch lange
ein sehr praktisches Teil, nur einfach zu teuer. Es wäre besser man bekäme de Cover einzeln oder im 1012 Pack und ebenso die Tapes einzeln. Es ist eine praktische Sache, allerdings eben sehr teuer
für den Libre Sensor
Funktioniert einwandfrei, meiner Ansicht nach etwas teuer.

Das Cover paßt gut auf den Sensor. Die Pflaster halten unterschiedlich lang darüber. Es ist jedoch insgesamt ein zu teures Produkt. Mehr Pflaster für den Preis wären erfreulicher. Daher nur 4 Sterne.
