Tips for overpatches/tapes to cover with
Taping and changing cover tapes is even easier with our TapeCover protective cap: this permanently reusable plastic part is glued between the tape and the sensor, ensuring that you can easily remove the tape and apply a new one during its service life.
Tips for edging tapes with a hole
For tapes with a hole, we developed our adhesive aid, TapeGuard: TapeGuard is a small, flexible plastic frame that fits exactly around your sensor and onto which the tape is affixed. The tape and TapeGuard can then be easily applied to difficult body areas without external help. Can I change the tapes while the sensor/pod is running?
You can easily remove or replace the tape at any time during the sensor/pod's wear time: Firmly press the sensor/pod onto the skin from above and carefully peel the tape off the skin around it. While continuing to press the sensor/pod firmly onto the skin with one finger, peel a portion of the tape away from the sensor/pod until a sufficiently large unglued area on the sensor/pod becomes visible. Press your finger onto this unglued area of the sensor/pod and then peel off the remaining tape.
