Benefit from the clearance sale discount on all Dexcom G6 products! We are putting together surprise mixed tape packs for Dexcom G6 with 11 tapes in possible colors such as beige, black, pink, blue, navy, brown, camouflage tones, etc.
The decorative oval tape with cutout has a diameter of approx. 9cm x 7.5cm; the size is suitable for Dexcom G6.
It serves to visually conceal and adorn oval, self-adhesive objects such as CGMS glucose sensors. It also helps prevent slipping clothing, e.g., bra straps, or slipping/chafing shoes (applied to the ball of the foot).
All our tapes are waterproof, anti-allergenic, and breathable.
Material properties of all Zuckerschmuck® Tapes:
- waterproof
- super flexible and breathable
- skin-friendly and anti-allergenic
- zinc and latex-free
If you want to apply your decorative tape yourself, even on difficult body areas like the back of the upper arm, we recommend our permanently reusable TapeGuard application aid.
Application: If you use the TapeGuard application aid, you simply apply the tape to its plastic ring and then place the TapeGuard with the surrounding tape over the sensor.
A matching motif sticker for the inner cutout of the tape, such as Dexcom G6, can be found here: Sticker

Which tapes are right for me?
It's best to try out for yourself which tapes feel best for you and are easiest for you to apply: Here you can find trial sets with all tape variations for your sensor: https://zuckerschmuck.com/product-category/fuer-cgm-sensoren/cgm-sensoren-schmuck/diabetes-tapes-probiersets/
Tips for overpatches/tapes for covering
Sticking on and changing the tapes is even easier with our TapeCover protective cap: this permanently reusable plastic part is stuck between the tape and the sensor and ensures that you can easily remove the tape during operation and stick on a new tape.
Tips for border tapes with holes
We have developed our adhesive aid TapeGuard for tapes with a hole: TapeGuard is a small, flexible plastic frame that fits exactly around your sensor and onto which the tape is stuck. Tape and TapeGuard can then be easily stuck on even in difficult areas of the body without any outside help. Can I change the tapes while the sensor/pod is running?
You can easily remove or replace the tape at any time while the sensor/pod is in use: Press the sensor/pod firmly onto the skin from above and carefully peel the tape around the outside from the skin. While you continue to press the sensor/pod firmly onto the skin with one finger, first pull part of the tape away from the sensor/pod until a sufficiently large area of the sensor/pod without any tape is visible. Press this area of the sensor/pod without any tape with your finger and peel off the rest of the tape.
