Who this book is for
Valentin tells his friends at kindergarten what diabetes is and how to live with it. The book answers the most important questions kids between the ages of three and five have when they first encounter the topic of diabetes, while the author deliberately avoids medical terminology. It is primarily aimed at kids of kindergarten and preschool age, as well as their parents and caregivers, but it is also suitable as a first introduction for older kids.
