Environmental protection and sustainability in sugar jewelry
From the very beginning of our founding in 2015, we've put thought into our packaging: lovely paper jewelry bags were the perfect fit for Zuckerschmuck's mission – moving away from the medical, sterile look of diabetes aids and toward environmentally friendly, unique jewelry packaging. We embrace sustainability and try to avoid plastic waste and excessive packaging wherever possible: we prefer to use paper and cardboard for packaging, and only use plastic where absolutely necessary to protect against moisture and breakage. Our delivery notes and invoices are printed on certified ecologically recycled paper, and our packaging is kept as small as possible to avoid unnecessary filling material. We are constantly working to continually optimize our production processes and packaging: Zuckerschmuck – for the sake of the environment!
